Junior PMO / Change Management Consultant, Helsinki

About the role

As a Junior PMO & Change Management Consultant, you will support a critical business transformation project. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day execution, coordinate stakeholder validation, and drive end-user training and adoption. This role is ideal for an energetic professional looking to build trust and deliver impactful change.

Work tasks

This role blends project coordination, PMO support, change management, and training coordination to drive successful project delivery and solution adoption.

• PMO & Project Coordination: Assists the Project Manager with daily execution, meeting orchestration, action tracking, and cross-functional workstream alignment
• Stakeholder Engagement & Validation: Coordinates business testing, gathers cross-geographic feedback, and proactively escalates risks or project delays
• Change Management & Communication: Drives end-user change readiness, crafts project messaging, addresses user concerns, and serves as an advocate for end-user needs
• Training & Adoption: Plans and manages the training stream, creates learning materials, tracks readiness, and measures solution adoption to ensure long-term engagement

• Good organizational and project coordination skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Basic experience facilitating workshops and meetings
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
• Proactive, energetic, and relationship-building mindset
