About the role

we are seeking a motivated Legal Trainee to join their dynamic Marketing & Services Legal team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting legal counsels, drafting contracts, and advising business stakeholders on diverse legal and compliance matters.

Work tasks

You will handle a wide range of legal and compliance tasks, ranging from contract drafting to advising business stakeholders.

• Assist legal team members with daily tasks across a wide range of legal and compliance questions.
• Draft and support the negotiation of commercial contracts, intellectual property, R&D, and compliance matters.
• Advise business units directly on various day-to-day legal issues.
• Work closely with internal Legal Counsels and external stakeholders to support business operations.

We are looking for

• Completed law degree
• Previous work experience in the legal industry (in-house or business law firm)
• Ability to carry out work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and Finnish, both written and spoken
• Good negotiation and communication skills

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in real estate and environmental matters
• Knowledge of privacy matters or competition law
• Experience with logistics or corporate law
• Knowledge of any additional languages
