We are looking for a curious, analytical, and business-oriented Data Analyst to join a leading international organization. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support better decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions, helping them make data-driven decisions that create tangible value.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualizations.
• Analyzing financial, operational, sales, customer, and productivity-related data.
• Identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance deviations.
• Creating structured datasets, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Supporting KPI management and improving reporting consistency across the organization.
• Integrating and validating data from multiple business systems and sources.
• Investigating root causes behind business performance variations and recommending corrective actions.
• Automating recurring reporting and analytical processes.
• Utilizing Power Platform, SQL, Python, and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and insight generation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting practices, and decision-making processes.

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with curiosity, business understanding, and a desire to continuously improve ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, finance, or performance management.
• Strong skills in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python, particularly for data analysis, modelling, and automation.
• The ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable way.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity to investigate underlying causes behind data trends.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.

This is a fixed-term position of one year and the work will start when mutually agreed upon, hopefully during early October.
