We are currently looking for Batbuilders, Electricians, HVAC Plumbers and Interior Fitters to Baltic Yachts

At Baltic Yachts, we build some of the world's most advanced sailing yachts. Every yacht is unique, combining cutting-edge engineering, high-tech materials, and true craftsmanship. We are now looking for skilled professionals to join our production team in Jakobstad, Finland.

Whatever role you apply for, you will be part of creating world-class sailing yachts together with dedicated and highly skilled colleagues.

Boatbuilder

You will participate in building our yachts through structural assembly, installation of onboard systems, composite work, and fitting various components and equipment.

Electrician

You will be responsible for installing electrical systems, wiring, electronics, and technical equipment onboard. All work is carried out according to technical drawings and specifications.

Interior Fitter

You will install exclusive wooden interiors and custom-made furniture where precision, quality, and attention to detail are essential.

HVAC Plumber

You will install and assemble onboard HVAC and plumbing systems, including water, wastewater, and pump systems, as well as other technical equipment. The work is performed according to technical drawings and high-quality standards.
