Electrical Engineer for CAM Plant Project, Kotka

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our clients China HarbourEngineering Company Ltd. team for the Kotka CAM Plant project.

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd. (CHEC) is a world-renowned international contractor and a leading provider of comprehensive services across the entire industrychain for both public and private sectors. CHEC has been engaged as the main contractor for the CAM Plant project in Kotka, responsible for the implementation and construction of the plant.

In this Electrical Engineer role, you will be part of the MEP team that contributes to thesuccessful execution of the project. The position is project-based, with an expected duration of 6-12 months and the work is located in Keltakallio, Kotka.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising Electrical installations on site.
• Coordinating electrical design work across disciplines and review key construction and design plans.
• Leading the construction drawing review process and provide post-design technical services.
• Resolving on-site electrical technical issues and support project implementation.
• Reviewing electrical documents for procurement and subcontracting.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in electrical engineering.
• Experience in electrical design, review, and/or construction support.
• Familiarity with Finlands electrical laws, codes, and engineering procedures.
• Experience working in multicultural teams.
• Skilled in technical document review, site coordination, and drawing approvals.
• Proficiency in CAD, Revit, and Office software for design and reporting tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

The desired start date for the job is as soon as possible according to the agreement.
