In our operations, we focus on high safety standards, genuine interactions, and unique nature experiences. We are now looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Wilderness & Nature Guideto join our team and create unforgettable moments for our international guests.

Your Versatile Responsibilities

As a guide, you will be the most important link between the customer and Laplands unique nature. Your workday will mainly consist of the following tasks:

• Northern Lights Tours (Aurora Hunting): Guiding groups and taking photography of the Northern Lights during evening and nighttime hours.

• Winter Activities & Day Trips: Leading diverse nature excursions, such as trips to the iconic Korouoma ice falls area and wildlife park visits.

• Customer Service: A warm, active, and attentive approach when interacting with guests from all over the world.

• Responsibility & Safety: Ensuring group safety, overall well-being, and tour schedules in arctic conditions.

What We Expect From You

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Excellent spoken English.

• Driver's License: A valid Category B driver's license and strong confidence driving in challenging arctic winter conditions.

• Attitude: A positive customer service mindset, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills.

• Stress Tolerance: Ability to act responsibly, calmly, and methodically, even in changing situations.

Considered an Advantage:

• Previous experience as a wilderness, nature, or activity guide.

• Valid first aid certification (e.g., EA1 / EA2 / Wilderness First Aid).

• Excellent photography skills (especially knowledge of Northern Lights and night photography).

• Proficiency in languages other than English.
