Gaoshi Oy seeks a part-time sushi cook: help pack sushi boxes in the mornings and independently prepare and top up the sushi buffet as needed; especially handling salmon.
Your tasks include assisting the team with sushi box packing in the morning, then independently setting up and maintaining the sushi buffet throughout the day. You will also be responsible for preparing sushi ingredients, especially handling salmon. In addition, you will help with other kitchen duties as needed.
