HR coordinator ensures the right employee in the right project at the right time according to collective agreement and working time rules. Optimizes resources, manages hours and balances overtime.
The main objective of this position is to ensure that:
the right employee is assigned to the right project at the right time while working hours, holidays, overtime, and collective agreement requirements are properly managed.
The role also aims to ensure efficient use of the company's workforce, maintain a balanced workload, and prevent unnecessary accumulation of overtime by planning and balancing working hours in advance.

Knowledge of the Technology Industry Collective Agreement (TES) is a strong advantage
Previous experience in HR, workforce coordination, shift planning, project coordination, or working-time management is considered an advantage.
