Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Service Coordinator to join our Ruka Adventures team for the upcoming 2026–2027 winter season.

In this role, you will be responsible for serving our customers and selling our activities and services. Your daily tasks will include handling inquiries received via email and other booking channels, making reservations, and guiding customers to find the experiences that best suit their needs. You will sell products such as snowmobile safaris, Northern Lights tours, and other winter activities, while ensuring that our customers receive friendly and expert service throughout the booking process. You will also assist in welcoming customers and distributing and fitting winter gear prior to safaris.

We require:

\-a cheerful and proactive customer service attitude

\-strong interpersonal and sales skills

\-fluency in Finnish and English (proficiency in other languages is considered an asset)

\-initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively even in busy situations

\-good basic IT skills.
