JOB DESCRIPTION
Food Prep: Wash, peel, chop vegetables, and prepare meat/fish as directed by the chef.
Kitchen Support: Prepare spices, kitchen utensils, and assist in plating dishes.
Cleaning: Wash dishes and cookware; maintain a clean and tidy kitchen area.
Inventory: Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing food supplies into the storage/fridge correctly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Certificate: Must have a Hygieniapassi (or be ready to take the test upon hiring).
Language: Must be able to speak and understand Vietnamese; English is a plus.
Experience: Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is an advantage; training will be provided if none.
Skills & Attitude: * Fast-paced and able to handle pressure during peak hours.
Hardworking, clean, punctual, and responsible.
Good physical health (able to stand and move throughout the shift).
