Chinese Cuisine Chef

We are especially looking for chefs who specialize in authentic Chinese cuisine, including:

• Sichuan cuisine

• Authentic Sichuan-style dishes and stir-fries

• Traditional Chinese specialties

• Chinese street food and snacks

• Noodles and handmade noodle dishes

• Rice dishes and fried rice

• Wok cooking

• Various regional Chinese specialties

Chefs who can independently manage a kitchen station and prepare dishes to a consistent professional standard are especially welcome.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a chef

• Strong cooking skills and practical restaurant experience

• Ability to work independently

• Good understanding of food quality, taste and presentation

• Responsible, reliable and hardworking

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Previous overseas work experience is an advantage, but not required

We value practical cooking skills and professional experience.
