JOULUPUKKI HAUSSA NORTHERN LIGHTS VILLAGE SAARISELÄLLE!

Etsimme iloista, karismaattista ja eläytymiskykyistä Joulupukkia. Tässä ainutlaatuisessa tehtävässä pääset luomaan unohtumattomia elämyksiä vieraillemme ja tuomaan joulun taian eläväksi jokaiselle vieraallemme. Joulupukkina olet tärkeässä roolissa rakentamassa lämpimiä muistoja, jotka säilyvät vieraidemme sydämissä pitkään vierailun jälkeen.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää lämmintä asiakaspalveluasennetta, iloista persoonaa sekä kykyä eläytyä rooliin ja välittää aitoa joulun tunnelmaa Northern Lights Villagen vieraille.

PÄÄTEHTÄVÄT:

• Asiakkaiden tervehtiminen

• Valokuvien otto yhdessä asiakkaiden kanssa

• Asiakastietoihin perehtyminen henkilökohtaisen palvelun varmistamiseksi

• Joulupukin mökin siisteydestä huolehtiminen

• Joulupukin asusta huolehtiminen

• Yhteistyö tonttujen ja oppaiden kanssa

• Erilaisiin asiakaskohtaamisiin sopeutuminen kärsivällisyydellä, empatialla ja luovuudella

MITÄ ODOTAMME SINULTA?

• Kokemusta asiakaspalvelusta

• Voimassa oleva B-ajokortti

• Sujuva englannin kielen taito (suullinen ja kirjallinen)

• Ensiaputodistus

• Valmius työskennellä ulkona

TYÖN KESTO, PALKKA JA EDUT:

• Työ alkaa marraskuussa Työ päättyymaaliskuussa/huhtikuussa

• Työaika 120h/3vko

• KK palkka osaamisen ja kokemuksen mukaan

• Muut edut työehtosopimuksen mukaan

• Tarvittaessa tarjoamme majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 300 €/kk

SANTA CLAUS POSITION AVAILABLE AT NORTHERN LIGHTS VILLAGE SAARISELKÄ!

We are in search of an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to fill the role of Santa Claus at our resort. This unique position is pivotal in creating enchanting experiences for our guests, leaving lasting memories. The role demands a person who can bring warmth, joy, and the magic of Christmas to life at the Northern Lights Village.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting families and guests, embodying the spirit and joy of the Christmas season

• Posing for photos and interacting with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

• Learning facts about the guests prior to meeting them

• Keeping Santas Cabin clean and organized

• Maintaining the Santa Claus persona and outfit with dignity and authenticity

• Collaborating with guides and elves

• Adapting to various guest interactions with patience, empathy, and creativity

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous customer service experience

• Valid B drivers license

• Fluent written and spoken English

• First Aid Certificate

• Ability to create a welcoming and joyful environment for all guests

• Exceptional communication skills and a flair for storytelling

• Comfortable working with children and able to engage in a sensitive and understanding manner

• Ability to work outdoors, in cold temperatures

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in acting or performing arts

• Finnish language knowledge

• Previous experience as a wilderness guide

• Previous experience in any hospitality industry department

• Knowledge of local area

• Photography skills

Pay, duration and benefits

• Starts: November, Ends: March/April

• Working hours 120h/3week

• Monthly pay negotiated according to your knowledge and experience

• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month
