IT Service Data and Configuration Product Owner, Tampere or Helsinki

About the role

As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision and strategy for IT service data and configuration management. You will work autonomously to ensure data quality and lead adoption of the CSDM model within a collaborative, multi-supplier environment. You will lead the development and governance of the IT service data foundation, ensuring it supports automation, AI, and multi-supplier integration while maintaining high standards for data quality.

Work tasks

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT service data and the CMDB
• Establish governance and quality standards for service and configuration data
• Enable trusted operational reporting and KPI governance through high-quality insights
• Drive the adoption of CSDM and standardized ServiceNow data practices
• Partner with service owners and architects to improve service transparency
• Enable automation and AI use cases by ensuring governed service-data foundations

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, CMDB, Configuration Management, Asset Management, Service Data Management or ServiceNow
• Experience improving service data quality, completeness, and accuracy across multiple IT domains
• Experience defining processes, controls, KPIs, and reporting for configuration and service data
• ITIL certification
• Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB capabilities
• Fluent in English

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience with multi-supplier service integration
• Knowledge of Asset Management
• Background in Information Systems or Data Analysis
