Solution Manager, Helsinki

About the role

As a Solution Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of functional requirements within your area, ensuring service stability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust systems while driving efficiency through automation and optimization.

Work tasks

This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technical solutions, providing expert support, and driving continuous improvement within a functional domain.

• Manage functional changes from requirement analysis to solution design and documentation
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure high availability and performance
• Provide expert 2nd and 3rd level support for complex incident handling
• Consult with architects and development teams to design and develop new functionality
• Drive domain improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and optimization
• Coordinate and communicate solution requirements effectively with stakeholders and suppliers
• Participate in the deployment of operational development projects and solutions

We are looking for

• Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Professional communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder management
• Basic understanding of core business processes
