Dutch-speaking Customer Care Assistant

We are now looking for Customer Care Assistant for a gig position for our client company

Customer Care Assistant position includes:

• active customer service primarily by phone and also by e-mail in Dutch

• providing information to customers about products within the food supplement industry

• actively retaining customers and ensuring a positive customer experience with a sales-oriented mindset

• the working days are between Monday and Friday and working hours varies between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. The office is located in Pasila, Helsinki

• this job starts in October or as soon as possible.

Ideal background for this position would be to have previous experience in customer service or/and call centers. You are positive, sales-oriented and have strong interpersonal and networking skills. You are good at solving problems and thrive in customer service. The Customer Care position requires excellent written and spoken Dutch. You also have to be able to communicate in English as English is the primary working language in the office. Our client company is international, so proficiency in other languages such as Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish is considered an asset.
