Automation Control and Commissioning Manager

We are looking for a Automation Control and Commissioning Manager to work for a 1 year project in Kotka starting from 8.10.2026 and ending on 7.10.2027

Job Description

1\. Responsible for on-site debugging of the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) program for the post-processing system and configuration of the upper computer system.

2\. Responsible for data integration and communication protocol matching between the control system provided by the vendor side and the factory level DCS (Distributed Control System) in Finland.

3\. Guide the wiring inspection and signal testing of on-site sensors, actuators, and electrical cabinets to ensure control accuracy.

4\. Responsible for optimizing the fully automated operation logic and adjusting control algorithms based on the characteristics of local raw materials in Finland.

5\. Provide specialized training for local operators in Finland on system operation, fault diagnosis, and maintenance.

6\. Cooperate with the EU CE certification body to conduct on-site electrical safety and functional safety assessments.

Requirements

1.Proficient in mainstream PLC programming such as Siemens and Rockwell, as well as WinCC configuration software.

2\. Proficient in industrial field bus protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, and EtherCAT, with a fundamental understanding of industrial network security.

3\. Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in automation debugging within the chemical or lithium battery materials industry, capable of independently resolving complex communication failures.

4\. Master the source code and debugging passwords of the proprietary control logic for this project, serving as a core member in the development of the metering system control program.
