Job description:

Were looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our local clients team. In this role, youll be one of the first points of contact for guests and help make sure their stay starts and runs smoothly.

Your daily tasks will include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions and assisting customers with their needs. Were looking for someone with a positive attitude, a good work ethic and a genuine interest in providing great customer service.

Youll get to work in a unique setting as part of a friendly and professional team, with plenty of interaction with both local and international guests.

• Previous experience in reception, customer service or hospitality

• Fluent Finnish and English

• Other language skills are considered a plus

• Ability to work independently and stay calm in busy situations

• A positive and flexible attitude towards different tasks and customers
