Process Expert, Supplier Master Data

About the role

In this role, you will lead the documentation, design, and harmonization of Supplier Master Data processes. You will collaborate closely with Procurement and Finance GPOs to bridge technical and business requirements, ensuring a seamless transition to SAP S/4HANA.

This role focuses on leading the design, documentation, and harmonization of Supplier Master Data processes to support a major ERP transformati

• Lead the documentation and design of Supplier Master Data processes in alignment with Procurement and Finance GPOs
• Conduct gap analyses between current processes and SAP standard processes to facilitate a standard end state
• Drive data harmonization and preparation activities for the upcoming ERP transformation
• Define training and change management needs, acting as the Subject Matter Expert for training inputs
• Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the Supplier Master Data process area
• Collaborate with diverse, geographically divided teams to align technical and business requirements

We are looking for

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA standard processes and the SAP Business Partner model
• Good understanding of Vendor Master Data (VMD) best-in-class processes
• Ability to combine technical and business requirements and challenge end-user assumptions
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse, global teams

Location: Mostly remote work, occasional visits to Helsinki
