ESG Reporting Consultant

For our client in the banking industry were looking for a ESG Reporting Consultant.

We are looking to onboard up to 3 consultants with different levels of seniority and skills. Physical location can be in Finland or Sweden.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

• Participate in ESG report production work

• Participate in ESG reporting development and setting up reporting processes for Pillar 3 & Pillar 1 etc.

• Deliver ESG reporting by following guidelines, work procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Work with datasets, analyze development and compile reports to financial supervisory authorities. - Write process requirements for the future ESG reporting and work with solution delivery unit of refining those towards IT development

• Perform UAT and dry runs for the developed features Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Professional experience: 5+ years - Excel: Good

• ESG knowledge: Must have

• Understanding of banks balance sheet structure: Beneficial

• Experience in reporting system development: Must have

• Data handling, reporting, and process automation: Must have

• End-to-end process handling: Must have

• Flexible approach towards changes: Must have

• Communication skills: Advanced - Stakeholder management: Advanced

• Cross-team collaboration: Must have

• Fluency in English: Must have

2. Technical Profile:

• Professional experience: 2+ years
