Taxi driver, Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa - Uber & Bolt

We're looking for taxi drivers to work via Uber and Bolt in the capital region.

We offer a permanent, open-ended employment contract. You don't drive as a self-employed entrepreneur, you get all the benefits of a regular employment relationship.

Day, evening and night shifts are available, as well as a weekend-only schedule. Shifts are agreed with you, and your preferences are taken into account in scheduling.

Pay is commission-based and calculated from the VAT-free cash of each shift driven. Tips from customers go fully to the driver.

The fleet is new: Toyota Corolla Touring models from 2021 - 2023 are available for work.

The role requires a valid taxi driver's permit (taksinkuljettajan ajolupa). If you don't have the permit yet, we expect readiness to obtain it as soon as possible.

Please note that the taxi driver's exam is held only in Finnish or Swedish, so a sufficient command of Finnish or Swedish is a mandatory requirement for obtaining the permit and therefore also for this role. English or other languages do not replace this requirement. The second requirement is a category B driving licence held for at least one year (issued in Finland or another EU/EEA country).

Previous taxi experience is a plus but not required.

We also offer the option to drive via the Taksi Helsinki dispatch. Customer service in Finland is mainly in Finnish. Finnish is a requirement, not a wish.
