VR Experience Salesperson, Santas Sleigh Flight VR Experience – Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi

Santas Sleigh Flight VR Experience is looking for energetic and sales-minded salespersons to join our team for the winter season 2026–2027.

We are hiring one full-time and three part-time employees.

About the Role

This is an active face-to-face sales and customer service position. A large part of your working day will be spent approaching tourists, catching their attention, introducing the experience and turning their interest into ticket sales.

You will also guide customers through the VR experience and take care of the daily operation of the attraction.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Actively approaching tourists and attracting customers

• Presenting and selling the Santas Sleigh Flight VR Experience

• Handling ticket sales and payments

• Welcoming and instructing customers

• Helping customers with VR headsets and operating the experience

• Disinfecting and charging VR headsets after use

• Opening and closing the attraction

• Keeping the attraction, sleigh and customer area clean and tidy

Who Are We Looking For?

You should be outgoing, energetic, proactive and comfortable approaching new people. We are looking for someone who enjoys sales and customer service and is able to work independently.

Previous experience is not required. Your attitude, personality and willingness to actively approach customers and make sales are what matter most.

Good spoken English is required. Other languages are considered an advantage.

Employment Details

• Employment period: Beginning of November 2026 – approximately the end of March 2027

• Working hours: Approximately 10–40 hours per week, depending on your availability and preferred working hours

• Shifts: Between 9:00 and 20:00, including weekends and public holidays

• Location: Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi

• Contract: Fixed-term seasonal employment under the Collective Agreement for the Adventure Services Sector

• **Salary:**12€/hour gross (grade A–B) + applicable supplements according to the collective agreement. Part-time employees: 9% holiday compensation is paid in addition to the hourly wage

• Sundays and applicable Finnish public holidays: Double pay in accordance with the collective agreement

• Training: Paid training is provided at the beginning of employment
