Kitchen shift leader

We are looking for a kitchen team leader for Vaattunki Wilderness Resort, Niva Restaurant for the winter season 2026-2027. Our resort is located in the middle of the magnificent nature of Lapland, a short distance from the center of Rovaniemi. With us, you will get to work in a unique environment as part of a professional and warm-hearted team.

Your duties include:

• Supervising breakfast , lunch and ala-carte dinner

We expect from you:

• Chef training (e.g. restaurant chef, vocational qualification in food services)

• Experience in supervisory tasks and overall kitchen management

• Excellent interaction and teamwork skills

• Fluent English skills

• Ability to organize work efficiently and work under pressure

• Courage to take responsibility and inspire the team with your example

• Valid hygiene passport before the start of employment

Considered as advantage

• You have a good command of the cost-effective use of raw materials

• You have experience in seasonal kitchen work or seasonal management

• You are full of ideas and want to develop the customer experience

• Driver's license and your own car

• Fixed-term employment from the end of September, until March-April 2027 (start and end negotiable)
