In addition, ECHAs growing mandate includes several amended Directives and Regulations, e.g. the Water Framework, Environmental Quality Standards, and Groundwater Directives, the Industrial Emissions Directive, the End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) Directive, the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directive and the Toys Safety Regulation, which will also need such expertise.
